A stunning & cosy sunflower-themed wedding at The Painswick hotel  in the Cotswolds

Set in one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque towns, this boutique hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury, intimacy and Cotswold countryside charm. With its elegant exterior and a cosy garden with breathtaking views over the valley, the hotel stood as a perfect backdrop for this couple’s special day.  It was an absolutely pleasure to capture in an natural and unobtrusive way.

The bride’s love for sunflowers shone through in every aspect of the day, from the vibrant sunflower bouquet to the table centerpieces by a local florist The Bespoke Flower Company. These bright, cheerful flowers added a personal touch, perfectly reflecting the couple’s sunny, warm personalities. 

Beyond the stunning views and intimate setting, one of the standout features of this Cotswold hotel is always the food. This boutique hotel is renowned for its exceptional dining experience, and the couple’s wedding breakfast was no exception. 

The couple’s wedding band The Indie Killers (my recommendation, I was delighted they booked them!) was another highlight. With their infectious energy and incredible talent, they kept the dance floor packed all night long, creating an amazing atmosphere that everyone will remember. 

If you’re considering an intimate wedding in the Cotswolds, I can’t recommend this stunning boutique hotel enough. With its breathtaking views, charming village setting, a great house team and exceptional food, it is truly is a place where magic happens.
