It was a joy to photograph this colourful autumn wedding at The Matara Centre in the Cotswolds. The day had a beautifully relaxed, laid-back feel, set against the stunning grounds of this Gloucestershire venue. October is one of my favourite months for vibrant, rich autumn backdrops, and this wedding was no exception. The courtyards and gardens at Matara were a riot of colour, creating dreamy backdrops even under moody cloudy skies.

The celebration was filled with laughter, incredible food, and unforgettable moments, ending with a spectacular fireworks display over Kingscote House and delicious Woodfire pizza in a fairy-lit courtyard, followed by a live band and dancing in the Hilarium. I adore photographing cosy autumn weddings, and I can’t wait to return!
