A lovely last minute surprise proposal in the Cotswolds with the loveliest couple. It was a joy to photograph it in a relaxed, natural and unobtrusive way!

I’m excited to share some of my favourite images from a beautiful winter wedding at Elmore Court in Gloucestershire in the Cotswolds. The wedding ceremony was held at St John the Baptist Church, a charming and welcoming village church.
Elmore Court, with its rich history and a picturesque setting, is a stunning venue in any season—and this winter celebration was no exception. The bridal party got ready in the elegant Smoking Room, which also made for some lovely portraits. Later, guests gathered in the grand Hall for a cosy winter drinks reception, before moving into the Gillyflower for a joyful wedding breakfast and lively Ceilidh dancing.
The couple wanted their wedding captured in a natural, candid style that told the story and reflected the atmosphere of their day. I thoroughly enjoyed documenting every moment in an unobtrusive way, focusing on all the emotions, fun moments and little details that made this wedding so special.

I’m delighted to share a selection of my favourite images from a stunning spring wedding at Owlpen Manor in the Cotswolds—a 15th-century manor house full of charm and countryside elegance.
The day began with a heartfelt ceremony at Holy Cross Church, a striking hilltop chapel that overlooks the Tudor manor below. Afterwards, celebrations continued with a beautifully styled rustic reception in the characterful Cyder Barn and The Pole Barn.
One of the highlights for me was capturing atmospheric bride an groom photos in the manor’s formal gardens, with their incredible views over the valley—a truly fairytale setting!
It was such a joy to photograph at this enchanting venue, and I can’t wait to return!

I’m delighted to share some of my favourite photos from a beautiful wedding in Painswick, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. The ceremony took place at the historic St Mary’s Church, surrounded by its stunning grounds. Just a short stroll away, the intimate reception was held at the charming boutique hotel, The Painswick. This elegant and classic venue offered breathtaking countryside views and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was a true pleasure to capture the day in a natural, unobtrusive way.

It was a joy to photograph this beautiful spring surprise proposal in the Cotswolds! The charming village and scenic views offered the perfect backdrops for a romantic proposal on a bridge and an engagement photo shoot. Congratulations to the newly engaged!

Eastington Park in Gloucestershire was the perfect setting for this beautiful February wedding. With its spacious, stunning, and cosy atmosphere, you’d never guess how cold and wet it was outside! The couple chose a warm and elegant décor, creating a truly inviting and romantic feel. The day was filled with laughter, fun, and joyful tears — a wonderful celebration from start to finish. It was a pleasure to capture it all in a candid and unobtrusive way.

It was a pleasure to meet this lovely couple who celebrated their wedding anniversary with a romantic stay at The Manor House hotel in Castle Combe in the Cotswolds.

It was a pleasure to capture this magical surprise proposal and engagement photoshoot, set in a dreamy Cotswold village surrounded by honey-hued cottages and rolling countryside—an unforgettable moment in the most enchanting of settings.

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph this beautiful micro wedding, held at the newly renovated Stroud Registry Office. The day continued with an intimate and joyful reception at the Corinium Hotel in Cirencester. The couple envisioned a warm, personal celebration surrounded by their closest loved ones, and it was a joy to capture every heartfelt moment in a natural unobtrusive way.
We also took time for a relaxed photo shoot through the charming old streets of Cirencester—a place full of meaning for the couple, as it’s where the groom grew up. The historic architecture and familiar corners added such a special, nostalgic touch to their wedding story.

I absolutely love capturing surprise proposals, but this stunning Cotswold moment was truly something special. Not only did she say yes, but the bride-to-be was also surprised by the arrival of both families—meeting each other for the very first time! There were happy tears, heartfelt hugs, and so much love in the air.
After the emotional proposal, we wandered through the charming village, capturing romantic, natural photos of the couple in this picture-perfect Cotswold setting—an ideal backdrop for an engagement shoot. The celebration continued with a cosy dinner at a local country inn, where the newly engaged couple and their families shared this special day together.
