Children’s photo shoot at Westonbirt Arboretum – Gloucestershire family photographer

I was happy to return to Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire to capture two beautiful children in a riot of autumn colour. It rained shortly after we arrived and I was worried that our photo session would be ruined but sun came out and reflected in water droplets on the leaves to make it even more beautiful than before.

Sweet dreams – Gloucestershire creative children and family photography

My daughter was pleased with her new traditional cotton nightie and wanted to model it for a mini photo shoot. She pretended to be a tooth fairy who was very tired after her long night at work:-)

Fairies and toadstools – Gloucestershire family and portrait photography

I was back again this week to one of my favourite local spots to photograph this gorgeous girl. Toadstools and props were borrowed from my friend’s  house full of cute little things. Another post is coming soon with photos from a photo session we did in my friend’s little “fairy tale” garden.

A few days ago we visited a lavender farm near Broadway, Worcestershire  It was an amazing experience, I have never seen so much lavender in my life! Being me I could not resist taking some photos. I bought lavender oil for my bath and will definitely be back for another visit.

Cupcake tree photo shoot – Creative Gloucestershire and Cotswold photography

This fun photo shoot is a collaboration with Cally from Cally’s cakes http://www.callyscakes.com/ who kindly provided lots of gorgeous and delicious cakes. I am not sure who had more fun – me setting up and shooting, or our little models who went on a cupcake hunt that ended with a cupcake feast. I was so excited about Cally’s beautiful cakes I manages to squeeze two photo sessions out … Read More Cupcake tree photo shoot – Creative Gloucestershire and Cotswold photography

Fairy girl – Gloucestershire children photography

I love photographing babies and children, especially when they are as good as this little beauty. We only met a couple of minutes before the shoot but straight away she was relaxed and natural, and happy to model my new fairy accessories – like a proper little model! Below are a few of my favourite portraits from this photo session.

Girl summer photo shoot – Gloucestershire children photography

Here I have a few of my favourite photos from a photo shoot we did earlier this week, set in the Gloucestershire countryside. It turned to be a traffic stopping shoot as drivers stopped and commented how lovely my model looked and asked what we were shooting for.

Fairy Tale shoot – Little Red Riding Hood – Gloucestershire children’s photography

This cute outfit was a custom order for a themed photo session. I could not resist to take it out for a mini photo shoot myself. A family having a walk in this quiet place had a big surprise when they saw a Red Riding Hood knocking on the door, they almost gasped-)

Mummy’s Little Helper – Family and children photography in Gloucestershire & Cotswolds

I photographed this adorable girl in my front garden. I had a range of cute baby dresses to photograph and this set up seemed a good idea as I could capture them all in one shot. My little model was very happy to help out and was just perfect for the job. My latest copy of Cotswold Life Magazine made a good prop too!

Children’s photo shoot – Summer Dreams

It is so wet and miserable here at the moment I feel we need a little bit of sunshine. A couple of photos from last summer taken at our local Rodborough common. Hope spring is on its way.
