Macro nature photos ~ Camilla Reynolds photography

There is something magical about getting really close to tiny things. I enjoyed taking these macro shots in my garden on a rare Saturday off. The actual size of the spider was a quarter of an inch. The other photos are of a snail shell, spider webs, a tiny 3mm fly caught in the spider’s web, poppies, and bokeh created by droplets of water.

Last weekend I grabbed my camera and photographed things that inspire me – textures, colours, flowers and castles. Here are some of my favourite shots from various places in the Cotswolds – Painswick Rococo garden, Westonbirt Arboretum, Beverston Castle and my own garden.
