An epic Cripps Barn Wedding: A Day of Love, Laughter, and Dance by Cotswolds Wedding Photographer

As a photographer, I’m lucky enough to witness some truly incredible weddings, but when you combine the charm of the Cotswolds with a stunning Cripps Barn and an amazing fun-loving couple with a big family and lots of friends, you’re guaranteed an epic day full of raw emotion, fun, and unforgettable moments! This wedding was one for the books — not only was it a celebration of love, but it was also a celebration of pure joy. From the emotional ceremony to the mega party, this was one wedding I’ll never forget. 

The Couple’s Request: “Capture the Raw Emotion” 

From the very beginning, this couple made it clear that they wanted their wedding day to be captured in a way that was authentic and emotional. They wanted to see the raw emotions, the laughter, the tears, and all the little things that make their day so special. And this is exactly what I did. Throughout the day I kept my eye on the quieter, more intimate and candid moments that truly tell the story of the day, and captured then in a natural unobtrusive way.  

But the best part? The mega party! The couple’s amazing wedding band Neo Roots got everyone on their feet, creating an electric atmosphere of spontaneous singing and dancing even in the middle of the wedding breakfast! There’s something special about the unplanned moments at a wedding, and this one was full of them. It was a blast to document the laughter, pure emotions, and joy!
