A few autumn and sunset shots from a family walk around Stroud yesterday

Some more of my favourite photos from a recent Christmas photo shoot

I had some gorgeous babies (as well as families and children) coming to my Christmas photo shoot this year, which was sold out in less than 12 hours! I am so pleased with the feedback, here are just a few comments: “They are totally gorgeous! Oh my gosh our boy looks so beautiful, you’ve really caught him so well. Thank you SO MUCH! Made me cry many happy mama tears 🙂 x”, “Thank you so so much, beautiful pictures I can’t stop looking at them and I’ve had a big smile on my face since your email came through. :)”, “Hi Camilla thank you, thank you, thank you – we absolutely love the pictures and can’t believe you got such lovely pics in such a short space of time.”
Thanks to all the mums and dads for the team effort to get some beautiful shots of your babies and thanks for letting me share them! Here are just a few photos, how cute are these babies?

Here are some of my favourite photos from a recent family photo session at Westonbirt arboretum. It was a pleasure meeting this lovely couple and watching their toddler explore the world around him- looking into mole holes and burrows, knocking on the trees waiting for Winnie the Pooh to come out and looking for birds. Isn’t he adorable?

I am delighted to share this set of pregnancy and newborn photos. Katerina and I first met when she was 10 weeks pregnant and carried on meeting once a month at the same spot under this beautiful tree and we managed to capture her growing baby bump and her gorgeous new baby as well as the full circle of seasonal changes from bare tree branches in March to vibrant autumn colours (and pumpkins!) in October. We used fruit and vegetables to show the size of her growing baby. It was a pleasure meeting Katerina and I enjoyed working with her and creating lovely memories for her family to keep.

Shelley and Rob got married at St Bartholomew’s church in Areley Kings, Worcestershire and had a woodland marquee reception at Bishop’s Wood centre in Stourport-on-Severn. Shelley looked simply stunning in her Olivia Grace wedding gown with a beautiful train. We were all relieved that the forecasted rain didn’t happen as it would have been very muddy in the wood! The afternoon ceremony was beautiful and relaxed and the evening was fun and enjoyed by lots of family and friends. I think it would be fair to say that after Shelley and Rob the stars of the day were the groomsmen who took the best man’s speech to the whole new level. It was a trio comedy act and was possibly the funniest speech I have seen this season. The evening ended with a live band. The newlyweds had a safari honeymoon in Tanzania followed by a beach holiday in Zanzibar. I really enjoyed photographing Shelley and Rob’s wedding and wish them all the happiness in the future!

This twin photo session was inspired by a book I read to my daughter a while ago. It was called Princess Mirror- Belle and was about a girl who finds her double appearing out of a mirror and together they go on all sort of adventures before the double disappears into the mirror again. We had fun shooting this last spring. I would have preferred softer evening light for a more fairy tale look but we didn’t have another chance to do this. Here are some of my favourite photos (more photos under the collage).

Autumn is officially here and I am looking forward to colourful and beautiful autumn photo shoots in the next a few months. Here is a mini shoot I did recently with a gorgeous little model, I love this mellow autumn light.

The Tour of Britain went through Stroud yesterday and I managed to capture a few shots. It was great to see the cyclists in action and it’s amazing how fast they were. Here are a few photos with Bradley Wiggins in the fist two shots.

I am pleased to share this maternity/pregnancy session we shot back in April and can confirm that the happy parents now have a beautiful baby boy 🙂 Here are my favourites from this photo shoot.

There is a lot of excitement about filming of Disney’s “Alice through the Looking Glass” at Gloucester Docks this week. We went there one evening to see the tall ships and take some photos. Most of the film set was cleared for the evening but there were still some lovely props around. Looking forward to watching the film when it’s out in 2016. Some more photos in a separate post.
